Fees and Method of Payment

The fee for endodontic services is based on the type and extent of the treatment involved. For patients without dental insurance, payment is due at time of service. Patients with insurance are required to pay 20% deposit at time of service with the full balance due after insurance pays. No payment is required at time of service for patients with dual insurance. Patients with third party claims will be required to pay in full at time of service. It is the responsibility of the patient to ask about our fees before treatment is rendered. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash, and checks.

Dental Insurance

As courtesy to you, insurance forms will be completed without charge. However, please remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the patient, not the insurance company. Your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company and is designed to be a partial aid or assistance in covering your dental cost. The patient is ultimately responsible for payment.

Permanent Restorations or Crown of Tooth

After endodontic treatment is completed in this office with a temporary seal, the patient will be referred back to their family dentist for a permanent protective restoration, such as crown, cap, jacket, onlay, or filling. This is the patient's responsibility and is necessary to safeguard the tooth.

Infection Control

Our practice adheres to the strict standards of infection control in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines. All of our instruments are sterilized prior to treating each patient and our sterilization equipment is carefully monitored for 100% effectiveness.
